"The staff is well groomed, goes out of their way to accommodate guests and seem to know their responsibilities while meeting the needs of their guests. The location to the airport could not be better. I loved being able to walk. It was cool, easy and a very short walk, about 6 minutes. The hotel was beautiful and the restaurant food excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

Neighbourhood is nice with good food options and massage shops. It's a nice area for exploring and there are probably several hidden gems if you look hard enough. "The staff and the housekeeping lady are friendly and the bed is firm which I like. Close to the bts station and lots of restaurants around, especially Japanese food. AC takes a while to start but is really cold. Used the gym and sauna and they are good. The public spa bath needs a bit of love and maintenance as I pressed the button but nothing happened."
