"The hotel is very clean and the rooms were great. My only major frustration was the fact that they don't have their sauna running and it apparently has been running for over a year. When you advertise something you should provide it. I can understand something getting fixed over a month but not years."

"Good value for the service during the off peak season. Staff are helpful and courteous and the physical environment is spacious and clean. There are a lot of restaurants in the vicinity and a supermarket right across the road where I could get fruits and vegetables and other Chinese food there."

"Very spacious and well kept room but surprised that there was no bathtub which I thought it has when I booked from picture. So when I requested for room with bathtub, I was asked to pay extra. I was disappointed that there was no free upgrade as I have booked 2 rooms 2 night each."

"Very clean and spacious. Lots of birds and parrots on the grounds. Like paradise."

"Initially I thought this hotel would be in a middle of town where the window view would be bad. But it turns out you can see greenery from the window! Also, the toilet has bathtub and shower to choose so if is very good. Also, the desk lamps are bright enough to generate a good working vibe"

"Stay was ok - location in decent. However I book a suite they only gave me a Normal Room- I booked with 2 BF they only gave me 1. Typical local brand hotel - not so service oriented. After I make some noise they gave me a suite but refuse to give me 2 bf. No other choice of better hotel around this area. "
