“large/ beautiful room”

“Friendly staff and nice rooms”

“Hotel Indy was clean, the staff was friendly, and the bed was warm and comfortable. Unfortunately, the street noise was extremely loud, it felt like sleeping on the street, just in a comfy bed. Traffic seemed to never stop, and we ended up sleeping with the TV on to help muffle the noise. Dining was another frustration. The downstairs restaurant was closed for a wedding party, and we were told we could get food at the rooftop lounge. After heading upstairs, we were turned away because some……

“This is a nice property. Our room was large, had everything you could need in it, and was comfortable. It was clean, and felt inviting. It is a great location for walking to downtown restaurants, bars, and the monument area. However, there are a few things one should be aware of before choosing this property. The entrance is the only finished part of the first floor at one end of a large building, so it's easy to miss if you don't know where you're going. It feels very secure because you……

“This is probably one of the best trips I have ever had in a long time! The place was so beautiful, clean and cozy I felt like I was at home. Was very clean and comfortable the view from the top balcony was also stunning. I was a little confused at first about which elevator to use cause not all of them had pin pads but once I found the right one getting in and out was such a breeze. The free parking was also a plus! I definitely would return and stay here again next time in Indy definitely worth……

“The room itself was great. I have no quarrel with that. The response time when communicating with the property was slow. Just be prepared if you stay here and you think you'll need to leave your bags somewhere before or after you check in/out. They do not have a place you can check your bags and unfortunately the bag check programs around Indy were unavailable when we were there.”

“Smaller than expected but very clean and nice. Was big enough for me an my husband. Check is done by yourself through instructions emailed to you. Still had to call for help. Definitely read the instructions all the way through to the end and then read it again. Did not realize we were renting a place in an apartment complex. Customer service was not knowledgeable with our issue when we were trying to check out. After being on the phone for 10 minutes with no solution, I told him what I……

“Everything was great….clean, quiet, location perfect for eating, drinking downtown & Old National Centre. etc.”

“Extremely difficult to locate the entrance of the property. Hallways dirty urine stains all over the property on the carpeted areas. Bad smell throughout the building. Homeless people surrounding the property. Lots of forbidden substances smell . I wouldn't recommend this property. The unit itself was clean overall inside the studio other than that I wouldn't spend another night at this location.”

“Love it!”
