“It was my first time staying at this hotel. I was so impressed from beginning to end from the moment the valet took my car to the person that checked me, and and every single staff member that I came across whether it was from the hotel itself or dining. Excellent places to stay and I can’t wait to come back. ”

“I had a great experience at Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort & Spa! The pool and jacuzzi were absolutely awesome—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the resort atmosphere. The luxury room was spacious and included a small balcony area, which was super nice for morning coffee or evening downtime. A couple of things to keep in mind: self-parking is $17 a day, and the resort fee is $40 a day. While those extras add up, the overall stay still felt worth it thanks to the beautiful grounds, laid-back……

“I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance……

“Property manager and contact for property were excellent!! We had some issues by the cleaning crew of not attending to some sheets etc. but the response from the property managers was prompt and great. Areas of improvement : water pressure in bathrooms and better fixtures that need updating. Pergola over table tennis table was unsteady and could fall and injure future guests. Tiles in primary bath need replacement as they have gaps and grout was exposed in corners etc.”
