"Stayed as a personal retreat. It was quiet, very clean. I was late driving in and they reached out via text message to make sure I had the code I needed at my fingertips. I even watched a hummingbird for a while in the small private courtyard area. It was a nice retreat and only minutes from downtown. "

"Cute barn, but was 10 feet off the Highway & was a big noisy. Owners were working on property 10 yards from the glass front door so privacy wasn’t great. no ice/ ice cube trays or bottled water. Interior walls are very thin so the sound really carries "

"The Coco Casita was cute and clean. The price we paid for the Eclipse stay was astronomical, but we waited until April to book. The regular price seems reasonable for a roomy one-bedroom, nicely and newly renovated. There is a Weber charcoal grill, but needs some grilling tools (at least tongs). The backyard fence has a few too many holes for privacy in the hottub, although there really isn't anyone around. The kitchenette is handy, though some dish soap for the dishes is needed. "Renters beware - Property is managed by Cozi vacation rentals which you can find numerous reviews if you search for Cozi Vacation rentals. They have an additional contract which requires a damage waiver fee and requires full indemnification of cozi and the owners of the rental. This is not disclosed at time of booking and infringes upon rights of the renter. They violate the ADA act by mandating you dislclose any physical or mental disability to them upon signing their rental agreement. We...

"Its really a great stay for a couple. Very romantic. The hot tub was hot and ready. The whole experience was great. Go buy a bottle, grab a pizza, and enjoy rhe vibe at this cute getaway. "

"The bed was terrible. You couldn’t make a move without noises and it was so uncomfortable. We were locked out of the gate, and had to be told we have to walk around to another one. The bathroom sick is clogged and takes forever to drain The lights in the bathroom don’t work at all. We were harnessed about signing a release for damages we didn’t know we needed to sign before we arrived. (I’ve never had to sign a release form renting thru Travelocity)"

This was supposed to be an expensive high-end cottage, and for the price charged, it was not as comfortable as a medium-priced hotel. It took several tries to get a TV remote, one window was broken, walkway lights were broken, and sofa (only seating area in whole one-room cottage) was too low and too deep to be comfortable. "
