"We didnt choose a great time of year to come as the snow was running out but this hotel has to be the best in town. Rooms are great where the neighboring doors dont slam. Great spa, restaurant, and shuttles to the lift. The best part had to be the staff. Each of them were truly amazing. "

The restaurant dinner was outstanding, the menu changed daily and the food quality was Incredible. The rooms were huge and the added outside private seating was also a nice bonus. "This was my second visit to Ortisei, and this hotel was incredible! It really embodies the mountain chic with everything feeling very well thought out, which worked especially for our hiking adventures. The front desk was extremely helpful. Breakfast was excellent. "The hotel was so lovely. Staff very accommodating. The property itself is beautiful and convenient with onsite parking. We got a room with a view to Alpe di Siusi. The location is perfect and so easy to get to Seceda or Alpe di Siusi within a short walk. We got the half board and the dinner experience was great. I loved this hotel and their staff so much. Will definitely stay here next time in Ortisei. "

"Clean rooms, excellent breakfast buffet. Underground parking is a bonus. Very good service with many great tips for hiking in the area. There was construction going on beside the property but it didn’t really bother us since we are early risers. Many of the restaurants in the area were closed. Would recommend the hotel for adults if visiting the area."

"Our stay was amazing, the service was excellent as well as the spa facilities . Food was superb and Christina gave us a great service at the restaurant . The chef Joseph is a master ! The only thins that can be improved (1) to heat the jacuzzi in the indoor pool as it’s too cold (2) to add weights of 2 or 3 k at the gym (which was also great )"

"The hotel‘s central location makes for an excellent choice. Driving to other attractions is convenient. However, the availability of parking space could be a challenge if all guests drive and fill up all available spaces. We were fortunate. Access to the parking area takes a bit of careful driving due to the narrow passage and slope. Staff were friendly and helpful. The wide selection of food for breakfast makes for a pleasant start to the day. "

"Hotel is centrally located and a short walk to a lot of restaurants and the local market. We had a rental car to explore the Dolomites, which was easy to park on the property. Make sure to take advantage of their amazing pool and spa! We loved at the different rooms in the spa area and books a massage after a big day of hiking.
