「I will never stay here again. Soon after we got to our room I discovered a leak from the ceiling. The bathroom was falling apart and moldy, and the entire room in desperate need of a remodel, not to mention the strangest TV placement ever. We asked for a different room because of the leak, they wanted to send maintenance, but we asked to please just get another room, they obliged. In our relief to be out of the first room I guess we didn't pay much attention to how bad the next room was and...

「The staff at the hotel were fantastic and assisted us with all our needs. Even though we are English speakers we felt right at home here. The rooms are modern, with excellent views of the city (we could even see Christ the redeemer from our hotel window!). The breakfast buffet was plentiful each morning and provided us a very accessible way to get breakfast with such a busy schedule. We completed our excursions and came home to a clean and tidy room each day. The room also had air conditioning...

「My Wife and I stayed for 5 nights during our stay in Rio De Janeiro. The staff was very helpful and spoke English and Spanish with us. The breakfast buffet was great and had plenty to chose from. The made to order omelets were pretty good. The rooftop pool and restaurant was a nice way to end the day after exploring the city. Overall I think this is a great hotel for the value. I would recommend staying here if you're planning a trip to Rio.」

「The hotel staff were kind, helpful and professional. The location made it easy to navigate Rio, and was literally steps from Copocobana beach. The rooftop amenities were also very nice with beautiful views. My only comment is some of the equipment in the fitness center could use an upgrade. Also, the rooftop bar closes rather early, i. e. 7pm. But overall I really liked this hotel.」
