“The hotel is located in an upscale Neighbourhood that is close to a more private beach with fewer people. It is about a half hour or more depending on traffic from Ipanema and Copacabana beaches. There are restaurants along the main street. There was a Terrace on the 18th floor, which has an excellent view of the city and the multilingual front desk staff is excellent to work with for recommendations and directions. If you want to try the subway it is about a 10 minute Uber ride to the local……

“The location of the property is convenient. I did not really use the facilites as the gym is very limited and cramped and the pool is more of a cold plunge. Breakfast is quite good but the room is too small for the number of guests at peak times. The room was clean but the air conditioning is too cold even when set to a higher temperture. The room has USB sockets but no plugs except in the bathroom. As my phone, like many modern phones, charges via USB-C I could only charge it in the bathroom……
