“Nice and clean. The ambient is terrific, superbly nice decor. Very close to the city centre. Easy to get around. Went for the massage and it was great. Just that the spa is not hot at all. Would definitely come again. ”

“Friendly and helpful front desk staff who even negotiated on the phone for us to ask the biking tour guide to greet us at the Beaune train station. His English is very good. The room is very modern looking and stylish. Compared to other hotels we have stayed, this one is not as spotless, but it's still clean. I love the location that allowed us to rush in and out of the trail station without the need to call for a taxi.”

“Amazing service by the whole team. Warm welcome at the door, everyone on the team was honestly of 5 star hotel quality. It was warm, friendly, and professional. Jacuzzi, swimming pool, and steam room are small but functional. Location is superb. Room is spacious, and beddings are of good quality. At this price point it is actually one of the best hotels in France.”

“The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. She then even counter……
