"A nice quiet location by the train station with local bus service to Assisi. The room was very clean and peaceful environment. The onsite restaurant is pretty good and the server is top notch (he seems to run both dinner and breakfast!). The wifi reception in my room was particularly bad and the staff wouldn't acknowledge that there would be any issue. But it's fast enough in the common area so that got me by."

"Maurizio at the front desk was extremely rude. As soon as we walked into the hotel Maurizio basically barely looked up at us and left us standing at the counter as he walked into another room. He did not want to deal with an American and only started to give us a tiny little bit of respect when he realized my mother is Italian. He seemed extremely annoyed that we even walked in. When we finally checked into this hotel and found the air conditioner not working, we went back to the front desk to...
