“I ultimately decided not to stay at Hotel Indigo Downtown Atlanta because of my experience during check-in and with the valet service, so I can’t speak to the rooms or the overall quality of the hotel itself. The hotel offers valet parking for guests only. There was little to no transparency about the fees before arrival, and there were no convenient self-parking options available nearby. But what really concerned me was the professionalism of the staff. When I asked the valet attendant……

“This hotel is a whole VIBE!!! Not a place for staying up in the room and chilling, more of a party all night and take a nap type of hotel! It’s clean, so clean it makes you feel like it was a grand opening. City view gives you a perfect view, room size is just enough and not overly cluttered with furniture and the decor was very cool. Staff was amazing! Imani checked us in and she was excellent! The staff checking us out was so nice! We will stay with them again!”
