“Property managers never returned calls. Never returned messages or provided check-in instructions. When we arrived at night with my son, they still did not answer and then, after 25 calls, they answered and said it was canceled that morning. We booked one month out and we were confirmed. I travel all the time. Worst experience of my life with any business, especially a “hospitality” business.”

“Im 100% sure this was a scam. I booked this back on may 5th for july 10th-13th I get there i cant get in contact with the owner Lorraine Jacobs i called multiple times left voicemails she NEVER reached out to me. Got in contact with the property manager Derrick but he couldn't find my reservation. Its an apartment NOT a hotel. The person at the front desk said this isnt the 1st time this happned with the Lorraine Jacobs lady. I had to spend a extra $400+ dollars just to find somewhere else to……

“I was not allowed entrance to the apartments. He claimed there was a burst pipe. He also claimed he'd put in for a refund for me, but he consistently did not take hotels.com's calls. I have written proof of all this, and then he blocked me from communications. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. I was there for a convention with no rental car. All places were booked. I was left STRANDED. I had to book a place near the airport and rent a car. It cost me hundreds of dollars in addition to the money I lost……

“This was a scam the police in the lobby said this the second time someone got scammed and sent to their apartment complex believing that the reservation was real. I text the number some lady says she busy can she call me back .. in which I said your scamming and this was on thanksgiving at that ”

“Horrible experience !!! The property didnot sent any reminder email to us, eventhough we transferred 5 nights advance money to property via expedia, while we missed to contact them 72 hr before. When we reached the front desk on the day of booking, we came to know that the property is rebooked by other party and we have to book another hotel in hurry. Surprisely, when we asked about refund, property owner refused to give us any refund of 5 nights mentioning that "why we missed to contact them 72……
