"This is a great hotel on the east (quieter) side of Waikiki beach, with majestic views of both the ocean and Diamond Head. The staff are great and rooms are clean and spacious. As a nice touch you get bath robes and slippers too to enjoy while you chill out in the room or relax on the balcony. They also have a fantastic award winning restaurant which serves the most amazing fine dining experience. Would highly recommended "

"Centrally located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and excursions. They helped us with booking excursions for snorkeling, Pearl Harbor. Location right on the beach with great facilities. Everything was great and as expected."

"Stayed with our family of 5. Great location land facilities. Maybe not the easiest to get to the main Waikiki beach but still close enough to everything. We did have a rental car for our entire trip and the parking was easy in and out. The breakfast was great and the service as well. Great value for families, especially if young."

"Was great stay overall- pool, pool bar was nice and the restaurant Red fish is delicious. Service was good but we never got our rooms cleaned. We have requested at the front desk twice but somehow forgotten. "

"I feel quite conflicted by my stay at the Hyatt Centric. The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly. The room size was great - there was lots of space, but it was very dark with only 1 window, little interior lighting and no view. Bathroom / Shower was big and spacious. The hotel advertises a pool, but this is false advertising. You cant swim in it as it is only about a foot deep and should be called a puddle not a pool. The hotel is conveniently located near shops and...

"Staff we're accommodating and friendly. Came early to drop off our luggages since check in was still at 4pm. Upon reviewing our reservation the front desk was able to check us in. Such a good convenience for my family which we appreciated. Facility was well maintained and clean. Everything is near this area, a mall is also nearby. I would return to this hotel with my family."

"I liked the location. The hotel was pretty average, not mind blowing. It was clean although something in the bathroom smelled bad, never figured out what it was. Overall, just an average hotel experience. There’s a lot included for the resort fee that I wish they went over with me at check in. I would have joined a yoga class or borrowed a go pro, which I later found out about on my last day."
