「In my 6 nights stay, I am particularly impressed with : 1. Very gentle attention granted to my requests to change room. 2. The Music curation at your public bath, it is sophisticated very poetic, which earns my big Bravo… 3. Housekeeping teams who are attentive, personalble and very sweet( a big thank you to those who work at 7 and 12th floor) 4. I like also the selection of mineral water, the power adopters , the slippers, iron, etc. provided in room.」

「The facilities are a bit old, and the air-conditioner not strong enough」

「駅近でアクセスがよく、比較的広めの部屋、ストレスなく宿泊できてよかったです。」

「Amazing breakfast」

「Brand new hotel with good location, nice staffs who are fluent in English. Room is clean and big ~」

「Very disappointing experience. The hotel is old, poorly maintained, and has a terrible cigarette smell throughout. The room felt dirty and uncomfortable, and the smell was unbearable. I had no choice but to leave and book another hotel. I am still waiting for a full refund, as the conditions were completely unacceptable. Definitely not worth the money. I would never stay here again and do not recommend it.」

「This hotel is typical Japanese style with over 100 history, it’s maintained very well. Room is big, food is delicious n environment is beautiful. The service fm hotel staffs are very good, you just feel that you are so welcomed. We stayed for 3 nights n hv enjoyed very much!」

「服務超好；提早到幫忙處理提前寄放行李」

「The building is old and the carpet is worn out in need of replacement. The dinner and breakfast menu is good. The registration desk staff are very helpful and efficient. The onset is also good . Good value for the relatively low price for the rooms. 」
