“extremely bad trip. I went Munich with my parent first time so I wanna stay in same suites. However, the condition is malfunctioning and we have to change to two separate rooms without any choice. They forget we change the room and no one to make up the room three nights in a row which is not acceptable. I remind the receptionist to make sure they have to make up the room in the second dah and third day morning but still no one coming to do the cleaning. Even the towels didnt change and garbage……

“10 minutes walk from nearest u-bahn. Stay in connected room and rooms are clean and tidy. Remember to bring tooth brush and tooth paste as they are not provided (or you can buy from reception). Breakfast is nice. Staff are friendly. ”
