“This is a low budget motel, not a quality Doubletree/Hilton hotel. Door to bathroom hits the tub. Nasty carpet, walls and mattresses. AC/heat does not work properly. Noise throughout early morning. Day shift staff beyond extremely rude. Upon checkout left phone in room and was not allowed to retrieve it until escalating. Unprofessional and rude staff Collin and Meghan will say it is the customer who is a problem without looking at their conduct. I was filmed by an employee Katie on her personal……

“Booked this hotel because it advertised that breakfast was included. When we walked down on our first morning, we found out that it was NOT included. But the staff was extremely nice, room was clean and the shuttle drop off/pick up was great! Also, be aware that there is a charge to valet/park your vehicle per night.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. Ski and snowboard gear must be checked into the Charter Ski Valet regardless of where you rent from or even if you own your own skis. The front desk staff was excellent. The……
