“Unfortunately, our stay was not a good experience due to the condition of the hotel. The AC was not working properly, and the room smelled like there had been ongoing water leakage or moisture issues. The beds were also very uncomfortable and felt as if you would roll toward the middle. That being said, the hotel staff was very nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The manager was also kind enough to reimburse 2 of our 4 nights, which we truly appreciated. I just wish Hilton would……

“The rating for this hotel is not appropriate. It is extremely dated, the bathrooms especially. The AC felt as if a truck came through the room when it kicked on. The Bar needs better wines, even though advertised there is only breakfast and dinner, no lunch at the restaurant. Beds are good, location hard to find, but quiet. Floors were not very clean.”

“ When he and our son got to the hotel they were told they didn't have a room with the 2 beds like we had reserved. They were told they would be upgraded to a room with a king and a sofa bed. They were told it wasn't ready and would be in an hour. They went and got a drink then went back the room still wasn't ready. They were in Baltimore for a baseball game, so they went to the game. When they returned to the hotel, they were told the king room with a sofa bed wasn't available, so they……
