“The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile, when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“Very nice hotel. ”

“The apartment was decently clean. The location was fabulous. Having the conveniences of home was key for me. Excellent parking.”

“It should be noted this is an apartment complex. There is a front desk but were dismissive when I mentioned the fact my room was not ready. The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time. As I communicated the issue with the management company via text, I couldn't tell if I was……

“This was a great stay. Suite was clean, roomy, and well stocked with everything we needed (except coffee filters for a pot of coffee vs. the pods) Had some trouble receiving the code to the door, as my 20 year old email gets far more emails than can be managed on the road, I couldn't find my email with the code. I did however get the code with a simple phone call without too much hassle. The place was super cute and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We would definitely stay again if……

“There is no onsite parking, but there is plenty of metered street parking and several lots and garages in the immediate area. Our stay was great with the only issue being the WiFi password (kind of a minor issue) but we got immediate responses to our email about that. Would definitely use this suite again.”

“Comes with 4 BR each with a Queen bed or bigger. Plus a pull out couch in the basement and a twin in one of the rooms. So it was a little cozy. The weird thing was having to walk through a bathroom to get to basement. But thats a design thing from a hundred years ago. The hot tub was amazing. It was 5 min drive to Over-The-Rhine district in Cincinnati. Would rent again”

“Convenient location to the city. Lots to do within a short 20 - 30 minute drive. We were visiting family that was within 10 minutes. The apartment was comfortable and perfect for the 2 of us to have a quiet place to relax between trips and at night.”

“Very nice, clean property Great location - close to the Connector, Casino, and OTR. We would definitely stay here again”

“Far exceeded expectations. Host was attentive and responded to questions promptly. Home was clean and in a wonderful location.”
