「Took over one hour 30 min to check in. Food was terrible. Room service had very limited options, took long and sometimes forgot to deliver order. Chicken at the lunch buffet was served with feathers on it. Staff appeared to be nonchalant about issues raised. 「We stayed in a 2BR villa with our three kids in late March/early April and had a wonderful experience.
