“Nice and clean room, no chair to work on desk”

“酒店就在高速路边上，紧挨着一家大型购物中心，有家乐福超市和餐馆。机场到酒店车程约10分钟，提前联系，在指定时间内有机场的免费班车。前台弄错了我们第二天去机场的班车时间，主动出钱叫了出租车，车资约17欧元。自助早餐很丰盛，有英式早餐。”

“I was very disappointed with this property. It does not feel like a hotel at all, and unfortunately I cannot recommend it. The main issue is the staff. In particular, the evening service staff were quite unpleasant. There was one lady, with dark red hair and glasses, who was especially rude and unprofessional. Overall, I did not find the staff friendly or welcoming, which really affected our experience. The only positive mention goes to Alexandra at reception, who was absolutely lovely and very……
