"We booked an upgraded room on a Sunday. When we arrived around 2 pm (an hour before checkin), the room was not ready. Normally at a Kimpton, the front desk manager would have gotten us in within 15 minutes which is roughly the time needed to clean a room. Nobody else was waiting. An hour later, the room was not available and we asked to speak with the manager. She got us into our room in five minutes and took our bags up since we had to run out the door. This was an unexpected and terrible experience. When we returned at 10 pm, there was NO front desk person and we needed toiletries. Operations were very disappointing."

"The bed was comfortable and the waiters ( women) at the Rocks and Breakfast were really nice. That is all that is positive. I spent $200 on a room where the furniture was falling apart. There was no coffee..There was no bottled water. The toilet didn't flush. The ac/heater was loud and squeaky. When I asked for another room I was told all of the ACs are like that? "
