"I woudo have given this property a 5 star rating except for some key factors. We arrived in the dark and the light in the hallway did not work, therefore we entered into a dark apt. There was a step down into the living room. 2 out of the 4 adults stumbled- 1 fell- almost landing into the stone hearth. A very dangerous situation. "The hotel was awesome and accommodations were also. We stayed in a pet friendly room that was immaculate!! Coulda used a door mat on the entry, snow and sand tracking we didn’t want to make a mess Food and drinks were excellent in the boiler room restaurant Maybe a pet friendly pad for the couch that can be washed between guests would be a good idea for the couch And the breakfast man Tom was awesome food excellent and great conversation!! See ya next year!"
