“Overall, the view from the room wasn't great. I booked a two-night stay in a room with a sea view, but the front desk gave us a room on the third floor. I asked if we could have a higher floor, but they said they didn't have any. So, when I entered the room, I could only see half of the sea view, which wasn't a very good experience. Also, the front desk staff didn't speak much English. My husband is American, and he said their English wasn't good, making communication difficult.”

“Great place to stay. Little pros and cons on both ends. For example, there is a train that passes often but the host provided earbuds to help if that’s something you use. For the most part, it was a great stay and we enjoy it all. I was upset because I needed to buy my own toilet paper, but I’ll live.”

“The room was clean but smelled musty for a few days the kitchen was fine but we did not use it. The air conditioning and hot water was great. I think they should supply more towels. I requested several several times for a copy of our paid bill and to date we haven’t received anything ”

“Rooms are cleaned every three days and only if you ask for it. The villas are like old homes or hotel rooms that just have the basics no flair or luxury.”

“You never showed up to let me in my room costing me additional $100 in transport and my Lyft waiting. Traveler beware no communication from the property. I was left without a room late at night even though I made the property aware that my flight was later in the evening. The property never answered their phone or text. ”

“Overall, the property is nice and has a lot to offer. However, the operation there is quite dysfunctional. When you need something, you cannot reach anyone by phone. So, you have to walk down to the lobby to resolve any issues. I attempted to call the front desk and housekeeping on many occasions and never got an answer. One of the biggest disappointments is that you cannot use the amenities after check-out. This was a huge let down since I intentionally booked flights in the evening with the……
