The hot l had one working elevator. I’ve stayed there many times. I wish hotel would keep track of who their loyal customers are and treat better. Offer some privileges. I like the hotel because it’s in an ideal location for me.. close to shops, restaurants, the airport etc.

This is a no frills hotel, asides that it had a pool and a restaurant that are both nice. No daily cleaning service, only one working elevator, and most ice machines didn’t work. If you need a place to stay for a night, it will do the trick.

I paid for both my reservations since May and I was charged for one of my rooms a second time I was told day after day it will be refunded and I am yet to receive the refund. Upon arrival the room was very slippery . The floor was so slippery I fell pretty much prior to my arrival I request both from to be on the same floor they weren’t when we arrived . The staff is help but I will never book with this Sonder location ever again . The bed was horrible the refrigerator doesn’t cool no microwave the trash can sooo small could barely fit anything and after 3 days we asked them to clean the room and I was told it would be $20.00 that’s sooo crazy. And you don’t offer the bare minimum I’ve been to better La Quinta’s and that says a lot

Check in is at 4 upon arrival there were a lot of guests ready to check in only to be told the rooms were still not ready and would be past the check in time. We did not receive our room until late and the room was still dirty. The floor was wet and towels looked like they had been used and the toilet would shoot up water when flushed. I noticed on my card a couple hours later I had the charge I agreed to pay through Expedia and another nearly 400$ in charges which better drop. When I went to the desk I was told NO MANAGER ON DUTY until Monday this was Saturday. How do you not have a manager on duty at the hotel? The room air conditioning was broke and 75 degrees in the room in Florida heat which is so unacceptable and unsafe.

To start off the room was not cleaned well. Used bars of soap from previous guest were still in the shower. I don’t blame the staff though, I blame the hotels no cleaning policy. My husband and I stayed there 5 nights and were told that we could only have our room cleaned for additional fee.( I have a picture of it posted in the bathrooms). In addition to that you had to type in an 8 digit code to use the elevators or have their app downloaded, the problem with that is you typically lose service on the elevator so you better remember that code. If not or your phone is dead then you’re locked out. I would not book this hotel again.

The room was outstanding. The bed, the balcony, and the shower was amazing! Best hotel shower ever haha water pressure was amazing! Only 2 things that I didn’t like, was the crosswalk by our room talks haha so it’s loud and you can hear it. Not horrible tho. Still slept like a baby, also the pool area wasn’t very clean. No towels were avaiable, and someone took off their fake nails and left them on the side of the pool. Who does that lol overall I would stay here again!!! No problem and every staff member that I seen was friendly and upbeat! Thank you

Wonderful stay . Safe, clean, quiet and has all the amenities. Beach is 10 min away . Fridge is a little small, and there’s no microwave in room . Great view from rooftop pool and restaurant. Overall I’d come back in a heartbeat!
