「The resort needs maintenance and a bit of readiness when new guests are coming in. The staff and the kitchen staff are very nice and helpful.」

「Walls of room were dirty. Room smelt stuffy and of mothballs. Bathroom stank of bleach and commercial toilet pellets. No bath mat and slippery tiles. AC wasn't working. 「We booked this hotel for 1 night stay over New year’s eve. Found there was a disconnect between Expedia booking and the hotel reservations. Expedia booking was confirmed but when I called hotel to make a room request they did not recieve any email or confirmation from Expedia.
