「The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」

「The room was delightful with so many thoughtful amenities. Even the in room coffee was the best!
Every person we interacted with was gracious and friendly, with the front desk unbelievably accommodating.
We attended a cocktail mixing experience at the Knowledge bar with Kelsey and a really great group of attendees. Food and cocktails at Coppins was very good.
