「everything very old，and according to our reservation，they should charge our property fee for $114 for two rooms and two nights，but they charged us $134，we have nowhere to go to find any staff to make adjustment as all checking has to be done by machine，do not recommend.」

「There for a hockey tournament and relaxation. Would have loved a less busy private beach but food was good and staff was amazing.」

「Great view of lake and Nevada from our 13th story window. Very comfortable beds and plenty of room to roam. Interesting fact we had to bathrooms in our room with 2 toilets and a shower in one and a bathtub shower in the other.」

「We absolutely loved our time here. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The forest view was lovely and yet we were so close to the Heavenly Gondola. We had 5 adults and 4 children in the 6 bedroom Villa #11. We had a lovely view of the forest out the back and the Gondolas out the front corner windows. The listing does need to be updated for accuracy though. On the negative side there was no desk (although the listing said there was one). But, on the up side, the 6 bedroom listing said 4...
