「We’re Ace Members and stay here all the time, usually checking in between 3 & 4 pm. Although check in time is 4 pm, we’ve never had a problem checking in a little earlier. The last two times @ approximately 3:30 we were told there was not one room available. They have 340 rooms and we see the cleaning staff cleaning rooms at 9 am.
