“This is a small hotel with not many dining options. It is also located further from the main attractions. Overall we had a good experience.”

“El hotel es precioso, los detalles en el lobby son increíbles. El recibimiento con musica impresionante y en el bufet todos atentos a tus necesidades.”

“We only stayed for a little while as we had a late flight but everything was fine as I had expected. Good WiFi for working, staff was nice (except our first receptionist who was a bit rude - we came down 3 times as our card didn’t work). Would stay for a short time again.”

“I really like the style of the hotel.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Fern Residency in Jaipur. The rooms are modern, immaculately clean and all amenities provided. Staff is prompt, attentive and efficient. The restaurant food is top quality and delicious.”

“Suite rooms are huge and beautifully decorated. Beds are firm though. Hotel is located in a start district with nice restaurants nearby. Rooms are excellent value for money. Sadly the Barman tried to rip us off by serving a high class wine when we ordered house wine. We had 12 glasses between a group of friends so the price difference was huge so beware. Breakfast was dreadful. Pastries were stale and eggs were full of salt. You’re be better having the Indian curry buffet. ”

“What a great hotel! We really enjoyed our 5 days here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean. It was great to have the breakfast at the cafe downstairs and the restaurant on the rooftop upstairs, both had an amazing range of food options. Everything was neat and tidy. And the room had plenty of space for us to fit our child on a wrong away bed. We would definitely stay again.”

“早餐選擇有限，空調無法調整溫度”

“非常精致，小巧的酒店。酒店工作人员很NICE，亲切。入住时在客厅休息送每人一杯水果汁很可口。每层都有保安会非常安全。周围环境很宁静。印度旅行中所住酒店中最好的一家。”

“A peaceful place away from the city chaos with beautiful palace like ambiance, clean rooms, helpful staff. Special thanks for arranging a delicious cake for our wedding anniversary celebration.”

“Rajmahal Palace is an outstanding heritage property and a true oasis in the heart of Jaipur. Stepping inside feels like entering another world, with incredible interiors, beautiful architecture and rooms full of character and grandeur. One disappointment was our room, which had no windows and therefore lacked natural light. It would have been wonderful to have the option of a room with windows. The gym could also benefit from some attention to bring it in line with the exceptional standard of……

“Check on bathroom fittings and maintain them otherwise everything else is good”

“Loved our 3-night stay here. Beautiful heritage haveli full of character, spotless room, and genuinely warm, helpful staff. The food and drinks were amazing too. Great location for exploring the old city. We'd happily stay here again.”

“The Shakun hotel is well located in the city and just slightly out of the hustle and bustle of the main road; it's great for tour pick-ups and grabbing an Uber to dinner in the evening. The hotel is a little dated and perhaps not quite as grand as it once was. We travelled outside of peak season and it felt like the staff had been switched to a less experienced team who perhaps weren't as knowledgeable about service. However, they were always really friendly when we approached them. However,……
