「上次入住，清潔度完全不行，電話上面有鼻涕，廁所沒有打掃乾淨，噁心到極點，反應後，也沒有任何人處理 本來決定不會再入住，但是家人是Novotel 支持者，選擇再給一次機會 所以這次訂的是家庭兩房，一進入房間就是惡臭味，經理到達現場後，幫我們換了新房間。 換了之後，變成新房間有潮濕味，已經懶得反映了。 」

「The hotel seems for a long time not fix and tidy it. Breakfast is ok. But the sofa is too queasiness that i even not want to sat there. Also, the location is too far away with kuta. I can not find out taxi or gojet. Only asking for hotel help. The hotel called a taxi, it is too expensive than blue bird or gojet. I do not have a choice to accept it. It is the place i would never recommend and visit again.」

「Nice n cooling village resort .. excellent staff service n assurance that I have a nice stay. staff is very flexible, polite n helpful .. hotel is expanding and knocking here and there but that doesn't bother me because I'm mostly out in the day time . 「Unglaublich schöner Ort, völlig abgeschieden. (Unbedingt alles nötige mitbringen.) Die Villas sind brandneu und sehr schön gemacht. Wir hatten eine 1 bedroom Villa, riesig gross und mit wunderschönem offenem Bad. Das Bett ist super bequem, die Klimaanlage potent. Jede Villa ist für sich völlig privat gelegen. Das Frühstück ist top, auch der Kaffee ist hervorragend! Wir konnten Meeresschildkrötenbabies ins Meer entlassen, vor Ort gibt es Rehe und Pfauen. Die Pferde befinden sich aktuell nicht...

「Surpassed any expectations on every level. The villa is just beautifully set with everything you can think of needing on a vacation.
