"Beautiful older hotel. Excellent staff. The restaurant has great food and a relaxing atmosphere overlooking the river. Walls are pretty thin as you can hear conversations in the halls and adjacent rooms. "

"Fantastic hotel! Friendly, helpful staff. Located in an easy spot to walk pretty much anywhere. Only issue was the shower. The shower head didn’t adjust forcing us to contort ourselves to get to the water. Minor frustration for an otherwise great experience. "

"The staff is awesome! The restaurant & spa are awesome! You should know that this hotel is in 2 halves. Half is historical. The other half has elevators and air conditioning. Know when you book which side you are booking. Despite being on the “wrong” side at the end of a long trip, the staff did everything possible to make it enjoyable for us."

"Family room was very spacious and well laid out. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working, which caused a lot of moisture and condensation after showering."
