「If you're looking for a peaceful weekend on the river, don't stay here. The hotel heavily advertises as a relaxing riverside retreat, but the reality couldn't be further from the truth. I expected an uncrowded and private stretch of river, but instead found hundreds of drunk & loud tubers.
This property sits at a choke point for the tubing companies, and by the time floaters reach the hotel they're already obnoxiously drunk. It would be fine if they were just passing through but the hotel has...

「This property overall is excellent pool area and amenities are very nice. We have requested a unit on the second floor, but received one on the third floor. In addition the unit was to have a queen size bed and I’m quite sure it was really a double which made it a little uncomfortable for a couple. The unit also did not have a hairdryer and when I tried to report it, the communication was very poor and I never received a hairdryer.」

「came in town for a wedding, bridesmaids were coming to do their hair at my rental, walked in dirty linens, not changed or cleaned, bed unmade, dirty floor and dirty towels. I had to clean the apartment the first part of my trip. ended up having to go to alternate location. nice place and apartment and amenities. very disappointed in the cleaning aspect. 」
