「A compliment to the people at the front desk and at the bar, they were really friendly and helpful. the hotel all in all was not so bad but not up to 4.5 stars standard. The prize of the hotel are very high. They need to do some improvement. Like at the breakfast buffet and dinner buffet. The food quality was quite poor. the pool and the beach were a pretty nice. 」

「WiFi is very slow and most of time not working. We stayed in block one and when we left hotel to airport around 4am there is not emergency exit light around only lobby light was on we had to use phone torch to see where we should go in this way this is extremely dangerous for guests. Housekeeping Anna is very friendly and helpful who is the only good experience while we stayed in this hotel. Receptionist at night duty need to improve his English and hospitality skills. 」

「Wir sind eine vierköpfige Familie, zwei Erwachsene zwei Kinder sechs und sieben Jahre. Unser Zimmer war super es war aufgeteilt in zwei Räumen und zwei Bäder. Es gab also einen Kinder und ein Erwachsenenbereich alles klimatisiert mit Kühlschrank. Unser Zimmer war so zentral, dass wir sowohl zum Meer zum Pool und zum Main Restaurant Kurze Wege hatten. 「Le plus gros point fort de l'hôtel, ce sont ses piscines avec vagues et toboggans, vraiment adaptées pour les enfants au niveau de la profondeur, avec maître-nageur dans chacune. Par contre, c'est un hôtel vraiment vieillissant, à peine rafraîchi. L'aire de jeux pour les enfants est vraiment sous-dimensionnée par rapport au nombre d'enfants présents dans l'hôtel et le club enfants ne donne vraiment pas envie.
