「Our room was on 10th floor and was absolutely amazing, stylish wooden Japanese style walls with loads of mirrors, a comfortable bed, super modern bathroom with bath and shower. The room was really well equipped including a minibar, safe, hairdryer and a kettle. 「Comfortable hotel」

「由於前一天與同事同住"標準套房, 1 張標準雙人床和 1 張沙發床"的房型，所以相對來說"標準雙人房, 1 張標準雙人床"好多了，只是Roca飯店若是商務需求的話，建議至少要有多孔的插座或延長線；另外洗手台旁邊就不要當書桌使用，因為檯面偏淺；最後浴室的隔板胖一點的人會有點困難，廁紙感覺放很久了，還好有一盒面紙；若有價錢等因素，可以試試」

「Living Room 之吊燈及桌上檯燈壞了,飯店僅表示須修理 付了Suite價錢卻只有臥室可用 無電梯,需提大又重行李爬樓梯 大大浴室卻小小洗臉台,放個滑滑的肥皂水玻璃瓶 果然半夜碰到摔破,發了一小時清理以免腳傷 隔晨主動告知旅館,卻被索賠20歐元 最後以10歐元成交(一個玻璃瓶)」
