"valet sucks. just straight up didnt bring my vehicle up when I needed it the most. Waited almost an hour and still didnt come up lol. Missed my event. Only 1 person doing valet in the morning. They have a operations problem. Water leaking from the ceiling FYI, 4th floor hallway. Def showing its age."

"My only issue is that I couldn’t stay longer. Love the property! The views of the lake from my room and balcony were lovely. Being able to eat outside overlooking the lake for dinner was beautiful. The food and drinks didn’t disappoint. The on site parking was a plus for no extra charge! The staff was very accommodating although I hated the fact that I had to go all the way downstairs just to get bottled water. My overall experience was a 10/10. "

"Great hotel. Super close to Toyota Music Factory. My only complaint is that the shower curtain didn’t really fit. It was basically 3/4 of a shower curtain."

"The location was perfect in proximity to our event and was incredibly convenient. Close to restaurants and the event venue and parking was very convenient. My daughter and I felt safe every time we left and navigated the parking area. Staff was friendly and the room was excellent. "

"Room was clean and staff was nice and helpful. They put me in a quiet room which was exactly what I needed. The pillows are big fluffy lumps and they gave me the worst stiff neck. Also, no shampoo! You can’t tell when the bottle is empty. I called to get shampoo and I got two more conditioners because it said apres shampoo and was confusing to the staff, I think. "
