“We chose the hotel due to it being within walking distance from SPAC, where we attended a concert. The check-in was quick. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was clean and well appointed for a one-night stay. There is a Kuerig and a mini-fridge in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within Saratoga Spa State Park, where there are many trails to explore. The hotel provided us with a map and we enjoyed walking some of the beautiful trails. “Clerk was helpful in helping me correct a booking error (my fault, booked the wrong night). Room was tidy. But the shower had some hardware issues which was annoying. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times without any serious complaints or concerns.”
