“The pros is the amenities, the views, and the proximity to trails which are fantastic. The nightly entertainment is great and the ability to roast marshmallows on the fire was fun. The pools are fantastic. The cons: the service was definitely sub-par for a 5 star hotel. This seems to be due to difficulty recruiting staff in the area. The rooms are fine but very outdated and reflective of what you would expect at a 3 star hotel. The biggest con: the food at the property is awful, especially……

“The room was clean and large. We had dinner in the onsite, the service and food were good. We however had to listen to kids screaming and running up and down the ramp behind us the entire time. After dinner we had the same experience in the hallways. We were travelling with our dog and had to sign an agreement about how our dog should behave in the hotel- including that if he had to be quiet and not disturb other guests. In the morning I mentioned to the it to the front desk staff that perhaps……

“Beautiful studio. It's in the woods of the mountain and being on the ground floor we had no view. There's dishes, pots and pans, soap for dishes and dishwasher, cutlery but no salt and pepper, no aluminum foil, so bring little things like that. We had a BBQ outside but propane tank was empty. Not sure if it is normally furnished. Bed was soft but comfy. Only 2 pillows so bring your own if you like more. Bathroom big and beautiful. Walk in shower...huge!”
