“A very relaxing and comfortable stay. Will come back again! ”

“The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are lovely. There are great restaurants in the town. The only downside was our room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days, even after complaining. There was NOT a “do not disturb” sign on the door!”

“This hotel was a gem! Beautiful, sleek style, intertwining with their garden and animals to visit and well situated for Baie St-Paul. The room was comfortable and the view as advertised : we could see St-Laurence river with big boat passing afar. The staff was smiling and helpful, moreover we could see them gathering and being happy together. Which is a sign of good management in my book. We will definitively go back, and we recommend it.”

“Very nice apartment. I wish it would have had some basic kitchen supplies like coffee and cooking oil. The pots and pans were very cheap. Dryer was very slow. I wish it had a vacuum so I could have cleaned up a little bit. Otherwise it was very spacious and a nice kitchen.”

“Avoid Les Refuge at all costs. They say check in starts at 5pm but that’s also when their customer service closes. I went in just before in case there was problems and thank goodness I did. The floor was full of dirt, the garbage was overflowing with beer cans, wine bottles on the kitchen island. The sink was clogged with rotting food and all the beds were a mess. I called reception just as they were about to close and Nicole was very unsympathetic, she did send a cleaning crew who were lovely……
