“Older hotel definitely needs to upgrade. Needs more of a variety of food in the restaurant and for room service.”

“Newly renovated rooms are excellent, old ones are okay. I upgraded to new room after a day and really enjoyed the stay. I love the location because it is closer to airport, and in the center to west, east or south loops. I would highly recommend anyone to upgrade to the new rooms.”

“While our stay offered a clean, comfortable bed and a quiet room, this Hilton location lacked a couple of basic amenities. There was no microwave in ANY of the rooms (we even asked neighboring room friends) and so we were unable to heat up any food after hours (once the onsite kitchen/restaurant was closed). Even asking the front desk staff brought no resolution. Additionally, there was no water fountain or bottle refilling station on site. During certain daytime hours fruit infused water and……

“We stayed in a suite that was straight from the 1980’s, plenty of room, nice location buy an odd interior layout. Staff was nice and breakfast a good choice. The Scottsdale Fashion Center was nearby and we made us of the hotel shuttle service.”

“Service is not very good as they don’t send me the receipt to my email correctly. And I call back after few days I checked out request that the receipt. Their attitude not very good. And the room is a bit noisy at night from outside as it’s close the club and bar area. If you need a quiet night at hotel, this is not a good choice. ”
