“It’s a well curated place with 6 bungalow’s and a nice pool, overall done with care and good taste However it’s overpriced for what you get especially considering that it is located in a very rough and poorly maintained area with abandoned constructions projects , junks and hazards around the property, access to the tiny beach require going through concrete waist and rusted metals, to be fair it’s pretty much all over Santa Catalina not just this property.
