“The room very comfortable and excellent service, the one thing we did not like was that due to a low occupancy 20% (low season) there was only one restaurant to dine in. The food was great but there were no more option the others were closed and the restaurant was pack and short of staff too. The service, ammenities, entertainment were great. ”

“La estadía en el hotel fue muy buena y quiero hacer varias menciones con respecto a la amabilidad y trato de algunas personas, por ejemplo: Noe en el departamento de maletería, su trato, disposición y respeto fueron excelentes a pesar de que solo lleva un mes en el empleo. Todas las jóvenes que atienden en el Spa. Además de las jóvenes que manejan el departamento de Altitud y por último Lupita la joven que hace los omeletes en la cocina. No tengo mas que excelentes comentarios para todo el……

“Nos encantó! El hotel es muy lindo, la comida deliciosa y si amas los ceviches a tostada de salsa macha es una delicia Hay q llegar al aeropuerto de Vallarta y de ahí tomar transporte. Cruza el puente peatonal y de ahí pides un uber te costará menos de $800 mx ”
