"Superbly located property, a few yards away from the lift with great facilities; garage, ski lockers, pool… we checked in online (which we strongly recommend) via the link the property sent which saved us queueing on arrival Saturday (queue was out the door!) - they will send you a SMS with you room number, go there straight away and your keys and instructions will be on the kitchen table. Brilliant! Would return if skiing in Alpe d’Huez again."

"Nous sommes mitigés concernant notre séjour dans cet établissement. L'accueil à la réception s'est très bien passé, avec un personnel souriant et chaleureux. L'hôtel, bien que non moderne, possède un style à l'ancienne qui lui confère un certain charme. La chambre était correcte, mais les équipements, comme le sèche-cheveux, mériteraient d'être modernisés, surtout pour un hôtel classé 4 étoiles. "All I can say is absolutely amazing! I had a problem with a booking from another hotel and walked in trying to get a room for the week. The receptionist couldn’t do enough to help me, loved my stay here and if I’m ever back I will definitely return, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. "

"A very handy location and a well maintained property. Location is a 5 min walk to the slopes and nearby restaurants and shops. We rented a 6 person room for 2 adults. This worked well as it meant we had 2 bathrooms, though it meant we had more to clean before we left. The living space was very generous. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. "
