The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. "I really enjoyed my meal and cocktail at the hotel Mexican restaurant. The location was great and so was the view from my hotel room. The staff was wonderful from valet to the front desk to housekeeping. They were also extremely helpful, when I left something in my room after I checked out the staff went up and retrieved it for me. If I find myself back in Cleveland in the future I would stay here again."
