"Parking at the hotel is away from the Reception up a steep hill, not accessible to the hotel from the parking location - you need to walk down the hill to get to Reception. We arrived at 1:30pm, and informed that check in was at 3pm. They held our luggage and we were told we could come back in one hour. We actually came back at 2:55pm assuming our room was ready. "Very nice hotel with friendly staff and lots of facilities and family friendly. The surrounding area is excellent for outdoor activities like bicycling, canoeing, fishing or just strolling by the lake. You can rent bikes and canoes from the hotel and enjoy the nature and when you return you can head for the spa."

"Nicely situated just outside the town of Eger about 2 hours out of Budapest. But poor quality staffing meant that corridors to rooms were never cleaned (Same piles of dust on the stairs throughout 4 days). Tiny bath towels. No clean towels or bath mats provided at all. No spare toilet rolls....1 per room. Four shower cap boxes in bathroom but only one contained a shower cap!...the rest were empty. Soap only available from a dispenser. Requests for room service or poolside service for sandwiches...
