"Very nice stay"

"The staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Kiara in particular, she works the front desk, is a pure delight and she herself would be the reason I would visit again. "

"Nice."

"Excellent Hotel in an old Palace. Room was very good and clean. Restaurant food and staff excellent. Hope to stay there again"

"Great food. Go with the nightly specials."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful"

"The room was very clean and in great condition. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were nice and plush. The closet was a huge walk in style so I was able to unpack and not have to feel like living out of a luggage bag. I loved the in room refrigerator. The shower was powerful and luxurious. Internet connected easy and was a good speed for working. Being an American speaking English only all staff was kind and spoke English for me. I felt right at home."

"The hotel physical condition was average. It is an old hotel so it is very normal and the personnel was soooo helpful and smiling. I want to send special thank for kind help and effort to personnel Ivanna and Malique. They were perfect people. But I had a very very bad restaurant experince . The waiters are rude, I rejected to eat something in this restaurant. They said me there is no...

"The hotel had its good days many years ago, but still can offer spacious rooms, good breakfast choice and very good price to value ratio. Unfortunately, if you arrive late, there are no possibilities to buy groceries nearby and almost all restaurants are closed in the evening..."

"The spa, gym, and lake views are excellent. The hotel has a very 90's feel and no room service (this was a bummer as we had a lake view room and wanted to stay in and relax). The beirgarten by the water has excellent food, although it closes at 930pm (as does the only restaurant on site (a buffet). The place was comfortable for 1 dayx the lake location and sauna were exactly what we wanted"

"Very nice hotel with good service, great food and drinks and exceptional service."

"Das Frühstück war lecker und gut organisiert. "
