「None of this was deal breakers, but the books in the room are outdated and WiFi password is wrong, there was no laundry bags in the room so had to call and then had to ask pricing (was supposed to all be in the room). Our friends air conditioner and TV didn’t work but the staff did fix both very very quickly. 「Reception staff attitude was generally good, despite the hotel hardware was very disappointing. The hotel is misgraded as a 4-stars because of the following reasons: 1. Shower pressure as low as hand-washing tap water. The staff said this was normal for the wing that we stayed, and we would need to pay extra if we wanted to change to the other wing of hotel. 2.
