"Booked this hotel on the basis it’s a Radisson Blu and they are normally very good, but unfortunately this one is the exception, hidden charges ie for parking and use of the pool. Poor quality beer from the bar at premium prices. Restaurant closed at 7pm even though website says 10pm. Very tired room could do with a make over or at the very least have the carpets cleaned and a touch of paint. Empty bottle of wine had been left in the room from previous guest. No milk for the coffee making...

"The hotel is very nice, staff very friendly and accommodating. Transportation is questionable. I had a fall before coming and hurt my knee. Uber is not available. Tram doesn’t go everywhere. Restaurante employees in the town square are nice and called a taxi for me. This hotel was the best out of all the other hotels we stayed in, on this trip to Germany."

"Tolle Location, sehr nettes Hotel. Das Frühstück gibt’s im Vapiano. Nur Auto Parken ist etwas ungeschickt, am besten im Parkhaus der Semper Oper, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß."

"Just having stayed here last fall for our first visit to Dresden, we picked a great Hotel close to the Dresden Neustadt train station. Our return this December was just as great s our first visit, only longer. our room was perfect for us and the breakfast is more than you could ever dream of. We will return here every time we visit visit our family in Dresden."

"The hotel was lovely. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The small supermarket at the entrance was a great idea. 2 points for improvement was that the restaurant was fully booked for both evenings and we had a limited by tasty menu. The WiFi was not good and seemed to fluctuate between reasonable and not working. All in all a lovely hotel."

"Lovely historic 1930s hotel, convenient central location, helpful staff. Our room had a view of the beautiful gothic church just behind the hotel."

"The room was clean, modern, and very spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the service was very friendly. Perfect location too - right in the old town, halfway between the main train station and Neustadt station. I loved the glass elevators as well. "

"The hotel was great but the parking was supposed to be free. We paid 7.50 euros for one night. Apparently free parking is to the side of the hotel but we were not told this on arrival and parked in the area marked as the hotel car park. On checking out we were advised we had to pay. Our booking included free parking so we were upset by this. We should have been advised on check in which bays were free and which were not. All parking is outside so not easy to work out. "

"Great hotel in superb location - staff are wonderful. Car parking is offsite but with an inclinator to the hotel which is fun, and then there’s the view! "
