"Great new property of separate apartments, full kitchen, bath, livingroom, laundry, huge walkin closet. There is no agent or desk onsite, all communication is via email and phone. The self-service means codes at the door, lockbox with a key, etc. so have a PDF viewer on your phone ready to navigate that process. Would recommend for longer-term stays, more homey than a hotel room for sure! "

They double booked my the unit I had been assigned and by the time I had arrived, it was the late evening and I had to spend over 4 hours on the phone with two companies’ resepctive support lines, a total of some 7 support agents, after numerous escalations and the same circular conversation that did not resolve anything.
