"Our first night sleep was interrupted by a broken fire protection pipe setting off the building alarm at 2AM. We stood outside for 1.5hrs. Luckily our room wasn’t one of the rooms that had water damage. We weren’t compensated for our inconvenience. The building is still under repair for some of the amenities. "Short drive to Vandibelt and barefoot beach. Apartment is newly renovated with modern appliances. Price is fair and great budget for long stay. Would recommend to anyone. The only small item is that there is no one onsite to check out bikes or beach chairs. No issue if you make a plan ahead of time of course. Austin is very helpful and kind. "
