"Check in process a little frustrating but it’s vacation club so keep that in mind. Two bedroom studio definitely will accommodate 6-8 people or kids. It was like a vacation apartment with two awesome screened in balconies. Beds were the most comfortable beds out of any Marriot ( better than the jw Marriot Savannah!!) WiFi was sketchy and if your going to Disney a tad drive but the comfortable level of the room made it worth it. Self parking but they still charge 30.00 fee. We would book this place again."

"This resort has it all! The 2 bedroom units have ample space for a large family and the kitchen is very well stocked. Having laundry in the unit is such a game changer. The staff is so kind and friendly, they all are so welcoming. We ate on site a few times and enjoyed everything we ate. We loved night swimming until 11! That was such a treat for us New Yorkers "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The location was also very convenient and close to many attractions. "

"The hotel is in need of renovation. It feels so outdated that I must say I have never stayed in a room like that. Unreal. Smells like $10 motel. Water in a shower smells like swamp. I got a stomach virus, most likely from that water. Never ever again... "

"The Elevator in our building was out of service for 5 days during our stay. The Valencia Restaurant has a good vibe but the service is slow. Breakfast was ok. The water park is nice and the convenience store/cafe is also nice. Internal walk from room to reception/ restaurant is not easy. could be confusing. The isle is also narrow when you have many guests using the pathway. The Room was in great condition/ Nice beds / good appliances/ washer and dryer inside"

"Worst experience ever!! Waited over 3 hours for our room to be ready. Staff was unhelpful in solving the issue. Sidewalks were EXTREMELY slippery when wet from the rain. Fell & was injured. No one helped. For $1000 for a 24 hour stay - one would expect better service from a Disney resort. Will NEVER stay there again!! "
