“My only criticisms The hotel has no parking, the carpet in the room was stained and very dirty the a/c as mentioned in many other reviews was very noisy for some reason they keep a tight hold on the shower gel The bottles are just enough for a single shower and that’s just what they leave you with you will have to make repeated requests for shower gel -just a odd thing That being said it is a nice downtown location There is a outdoor pool I did not use The staff was wonderful and friendly……

“I've stayed here many times while traveling through Mobile. First, to give credit where it's due, I still consider this the best hotel in Mobile. That said, each stay seems to come with a different room quality and a different staff experience. The staff is generally friendly and accommodating, although on occasion I get the impression that some employees are not particularly happy to be there. The rooms are the biggest unknown.
