"I booked at Expedia.com for one night here. I always thought this is one of the best hotels in Lintong so booked it. However, they have two parts. One part is newer and another one is very old and bad in every aspects, They sent me to the old one but online there is no info. about this. The room is dirty and many things are not working. "We requested a ride from the airport to the hotel in advance and they did not answer our message, twice. We called a cab and couldn’t communicate where we needed to go so we called the hotel to help us and they hung up on us twice. We booked a room for two beds and a sofa bed and when we got there they said they do not have a room with a sofa bed for us and that we would have to pay extra for it. We showed them our booking and told them we will only except what we booked and they gave us 2 beds...
